The Ashes & Diamonds team always keeps it fresh and this Wednesday is no exception! Proprietor Kashy Kahledi and the A&D crew will be here pouring crowd-pleasers—the Blanc and the (Cabernet) Franc—alongside some French counterparts from Bordeaux and the Loire Valley, respectively. “Inspiration wines” are an exceedingly fun way to learn about a producer's motivations and passions, as well as some factors influencing how particular grapes express themselves. You can expect some knowledge dropped, along with some fresh beats, as Kashy is also known for his exceptional taste in music. Come expand your minds, people!

Tom and Ashley Darling produce Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and even Gamay Noir, sourced from coastal vineyards in western Sonoma County, Anderson Valley, and Mendocino Ridge under their label Darling Wines. Together, their goal is to highlight the energy and character of each site and varietal through transparent winemaking in collaboration with small family growers. The Darlings will be here pouring their coastal wines and chatting us up this Wednesday. Come out and show them how big we support our small producers!
