Scientist turned winemaker Kristie Tacey focuses on producing small, hand-crafted natural wines for Tessier, the winery she founded in 2009 in Berkeley. Naming many of her wines after classic songs, Kristie is used to bringing all the hits. This Wednesday, her flight features Tessier Chardonnay, Santa Cruz Pinot Noir, “Day Dreaming” Grenache blend, and a Riesling coined "Electric Ladyland” after the iconic Jimi Hendrix song. Kristie even has a Music & Wine Pairing Spotify playlist, so you can bet there will be inspired tunes perfectly matched to these inspired wines.
